This ring was cast in sand as one solid piece with sterling silver, made from an original design carved in wax. The sapphire was placed in the sand before casting.

Imprints of the sand from this casting method are left in the silver for a rustic finish. The silver is oxidised adding contrast to the sparkling gemstone and depth to the texture.

The thickness of the ring is approximately 2mm, width 3.6mm at the bottom, and the top of the ring is approximately 3.77 mm thick and 4.72 mm wide.

These rings are made to order in the size you want.

Due to the organic process of casting this design, there will be subtle differences with each piece making each ring unique and truly one of a kind. .
